About the Role
The Team Member Plus position is designed for energetic individuals eager to immerse themselves across various departments at our resort. Rather than being confined to a single area, you will support multiple teams to ensure guests receive an outstanding experience. Your weekly schedule will vary: Mondays and Fridays focus on cleaning guest accommodations, while the rest of the week involves contributing to sports and activities, food and beverage outlets, retail shops, bars, buffets, or the fairground. Occasionally, your responsibilities might span multiple departments within the same day.
We also offer apprenticeship opportunities such as Food & Beverage Team Member Level 2 and Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship Training Courses, which can be discussed further during recruitment.
Candidate Profile
We welcome enthusiastic, sociable multitaskers who have a passion for learning and teamwork. Prior experience is not essential. What we value most is a positive attitude, energetic approach, willingness to be hands-on, and a sincere desire to enhance our guests' holiday experience.
New hires benefit from an extensive 90-day onboarding plan supported by a buddy system to ease the transition. This role provides valuable practical experience for those aspiring to build a hospitality career across highly guest-facing functions.
If you hold any of the following qualifications, please do mention them: FA Level 1 football coaching, Archery GB ERCA certification, High Ropes qualification, or NCPLH personal licence.
Position Details
- Full-time commitment with 30-35 hours weekly, spread over five days.
- Working hours include evenings and weekends.
- Live-in accommodation is available for candidates relocating.
