About the Role
At Butlin's, being a Team Member Plus means embracing our core value of 'Getting Stuck In'. This dynamic position involves working across various departments throughout the resort, delivering memorable experiences for our guests. Your week will be varied, with Mondays and Fridays dedicated to cleaning guest accommodations, while the remaining days will see you supporting teams in areas such as sports & activities, food service outlets including restaurants and quick-serve food, buffets, bars, retail shops, and the fairground attractions. Occasionally, you may be required to assist multiple areas within the same day.
About You
We're searching for energetic and adaptable individuals who take pleasure in multitasking and love to engage with others. Prior experience is not mandatory; instead, we value a positive attitude, enthusiasm, readiness to dive into different roles, and a strong desire to enhance the guest experience. Those holding certifications such as FA Level 1 in football, Archery GB ERCA, High Ropes training, or the NCPLH personal licence qualification are especially encouraged to apply.
Training and Support
Upon joining, you'll benefit from a well-structured 90-day induction program along with the guidance of a buddy to ease your transition. This role provides excellent practical training across multiple guest-facing departments, ideal for candidates aiming to build a career in hospitality. Additionally, apprenticeship opportunities are available for Food & Beverage Team Member Level 2, Frontline Cleaner Level 2, and Retailer Level 2 training courses, open to interested candidates during the recruitment process.
