Role overview
BnBerry is seeking a seasoned SDR Team Lead to grow, coach, and scale a strong outbound sales team. This position goes beyond day-to-day people supervision: the ideal candidate has already expanded an SDR function, put effective outbound motions in place, and repeatedly produced qualified sales pipeline.
The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup setting, brings new ideas to the table, and is ready to improve current processes while helping the business enter new markets across Europe and North America.
What you will do
- Guide, support, and develop the SDR team through regular one-on-one coaching, call analysis, and performance management.
- Foster a culture built on ownership, learning, and ongoing improvement.
- Design and strengthen outbound prospecting across email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Spot new target markets, ideal customer profiles, and fresh prospecting opportunities.
- Bring in new tools, methods, and ideas to raise sales effectiveness.
- Track SDR KPIs, pipeline creation, conversion performance, and activity metrics.
- Work closely with Sales Leadership to keep pipeline generation aligned with business growth goals.
- Hire, onboard, and expand the SDR team as the company scales.
- Maintain strong CRM discipline and consistent outbound execution.
Required background
- At least 2 years of experience leading an SDR or Business Development team, with clear evidence of improving results and growing people.
- Proven experience scaling SDR teams and lifting performance.
- Strong SaaS sales background, including hands-on outbound prospecting before moving into leadership.
- Experience building and executing outbound strategy, not just managing an existing workflow.
- Track record of improving pipeline generation, conversion rates, and overall team output.
- Demonstrated ability to coach low-performing SDRs into reliable performers.
- Experience hiring, onboarding, and developing SDRs.
- Experience partnering closely with Account Executives to improve pipeline quality and conversion.
- Experience working with remote teams.
