Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Team Assistant / Project Assistant (m/f/d) to join us on either a full-time or part-time basis, initially on a contract until December 31, 2027, based at our Waldheim office near Chemnitz.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational and organizational support to management and various departments, ensuring smooth daily workflows.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee internal and external appointments and meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, calendar management, participant coordination, and follow-up on action items.
- Maintain well-organized, structured, and easily retrievable documentation and align internal processes.
- Organize internal and external events, team-building activities, and workshops, ensuring professional planning and flawless execution.
- Arrange travel and training bookings.
- Serve as the direct link between management and team, facilitating clear communication and smooth operations.
Candidate Profile
- Completed training as an Office Management Clerk, Industrial Clerk, Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk, Management Assistant, or similar qualifications.
- Preferably some experience in assistance, office management, or project support.
- Proficient with MS Office and digital tools.
- Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Interest in renewable energy and sustainable solutions.
- Enjoy working independently and collaborating as part of a team.
