About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and organize domestic and international business travel for seamless daily operations.
- Support executive communications and meetings through preparation of agendas, meeting documents, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle travel logistics and reimbursements including bookings and expense processing while ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Organize various events such as management meetings, town halls, workshops, customer visits, and company functions by managing venue, catering, and logistics.
- Assist in operational and administrative tasks like procurement coordination, purchase order monitoring, invoice processing, and general office support.
- Contribute to employee lifecycle and asset management activities such as onboarding/offboarding, company asset distribution, inventory tracking, and visitor assistance.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle numerous priorities within a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to confidently engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Meticulous attention to detail in managing schedules, travel arrangements, expense reports, and administrative records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Familiarity with travel and expense management software like Concur or equivalent is a plus.
- Professionalism, discretion, and self-drive to maintain confidentiality and operate independently with minimal oversight.
