Role Overview
Join our Recruitment team as a Talent Sourcer and become integral in sourcing expert candidates for our QA, Support, Security, and Infrastructure teams, shaping the future of JetBrains.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the Recruitment team and hiring managers to identify and attract top talent.
- Develop and manage effective sourcing strategies tailored to various roles.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through diverse sourcing channels.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication.
- Keep recruitment data accurate and updated in internal systems.
- Share insights and market knowledge with colleagues to enhance recruitment efforts.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven background in talent sourcing or research.
- Commitment to delivering excellent candidate experience.
- Strong communication skills to engage candidates throughout the recruitment process transparently.
- Ability to forge lasting relationships with prospective candidates.
- Experience designing sourcing strategies for various roles and locations.
- Passion and creativity in identifying and connecting with outstanding candidates.
- Solid understanding of the IT industry or other specialized sectors to identify top talent.
- Proficiency in utilizing professional networks and databases resourcefully for talent discovery.
- Fluent English communication skills for interaction with candidates and team members.
- Experience working in global or international settings, with an emphasis on European markets preferred.
- Familiarity with diversity sourcing initiatives.
- Adeptness at thriving in collaborative and innovative team environments.
