Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to become a crucial member of our hiring team in London. This contract position spans 12 months and involves leading recruitment efforts for various corporate functions including People, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Executive Support. The role requires collaborating with senior management to tailor recruitment strategies, attract high-caliber talent, and provide a memorable candidate experience that embodies the Charlotte Tilbury ethos.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse range of corporate roles across all levels.
• Develop solid partnerships with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and advise on labor market trends.
• Act as a strategic recruitment partner aligned with global business needs.
• Lead and implement significant global Talent Acquisition initiatives.
• Work with executive leaders to refine hiring strategies and improve recruiting operations.
• Collaborate within the recruitment team to drive collective success and alignment.
• Enhance hiring manager skills through training and support.
• Produce routine recruitment reports for senior leadership.
• Create and nurture talent pipelines to meet future staffing demands.
• Ensure a superior candidate journey throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner actively with People Team departments including Reward and People Partnering.
• Apply innovative sourcing tactics including referrals, social media, CV databases, and direct headhunting.

• Proven capability partnering with senior stakeholders to achieve recruitment goals.
• Demonstrated influence in engaging hiring managers and meeting hiring priorities.
