Role Overview
Under the leadership of the Head of Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations & Enablement, this role is designed for someone who excels as both a systems specialist and an operational strategist. The person will be pivotal in refining Talent Acquisition technology, workflows, and processes to ensure an exceptional hiring experience. Key functions include providing TA systems support, resolving technical issues, and collaborating extensively with recruiters, coordinators, and external service providers to guarantee smooth operations.
Team Insight
The Global TA Operations & Enablement team powers the recruitment function by managing strategy, systems, and operational excellence that facilitate large-scale hiring. This involves overseeing technology platforms, process governance, vendor relationships, interview logistics, training, enablement, and reporting. Collaborative efforts with Talent Acquisition, People Technology units, and external partners drive standardization, efficiency, and ongoing improvements, benefiting recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and enhance Talent Acquisition systems, particularly Workday ATS, managing workflows and addressing system challenges.
- Lead and participate in initiatives aimed at process enhancements, system upgrades, AI recruitment tool integration, and scalable solution development.
- Diagnose and resolve technical and process-related issues swiftly within a dynamic environment.
- Carry out User Acceptance Testing, system evaluations, and coordinate software release activities.
- Create and maintain thorough documentation and detailed process maps.
- Utilize data analytics to generate actionable insights that improve recruitment operations.
- Communicate effectively and manage relationships with stakeholders across teams and regions.
- Work schedules aligned with North American hours, especially overlapping with Eastern Time.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations.
- Proven record in managing TA Operations projects such as process improvements, system implementations, or workflow optimizations.
- Hands-on experience supporting Workday ATS in a TA operations context.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system and procedural issues quickly.
- Competence in User Acceptance Testing and coordinating system releases.
- Strong skills in documenting processes and mapping workflows.
- Analytical mindset capable of translating data into meaningful improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
