The Digital Assets Technology group focuses on blockchain-based solutions to digitalize mutual fund shares, enabling continuous, global trading.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and design enhancements or integrations for existing systems including workflows, interfaces, and reporting.
• Collaborate with users to optimize application processes and design user-facing features.
• Deliver technical solutions to increase operational efficiency.
• Provide technical support by investigating and resolving data and system issues promptly.
• Interact with various technology teams and participate in meetings to address ongoing technology requirements.
• Clarify and refine business requirements alongside project teams, understanding application modules and data models.
• Coordinate deployment of modifications, document configurations, and participate in code reviews and walkthroughs.
• Develop and execute system test plans, including regression testing and supporting user acceptance testing.
• Perform administrative tasks and generate reports on application-related metrics as needed.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in technical project roles, preferably handling small-scale IT projects.
• Prior exposure to mutual funds or financial services is mandatory.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology, tokenized funds, and digital assets.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and system testing procedures.
• Knowledge of desktop, client-server, web, and mainframe application environments.
• Awareness of technology platform architectures and industry standards.

Work Location & Schedule

This full-time position is based in Singapore in a hybrid work arrangement, requiring coordination with Central European Time hours during training and as needed.
