Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated System Engineer specializing in Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop to join DATAGROUP Operations GmbH at our Neu-Isenburg location. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining robust virtualized environments, ensuring high availability, and delivering tailored IT solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage deeply with clients to understand their unique requirements, develop precise designs, and execute complete technical solutions to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
- Invent and deploy innovative, stable, and sustainable IT infrastructures that drive client progress, working independently to guarantee flawless functionality.
- Construct and manage highly available Citrix virtualization environments to maintain system stability and performance, minimizing downtime and latency.
- Continuously strive to enhance system quality and performance, proactively seeking optimizations to elevate both infrastructure and service standards.
- Tackle technical challenges autonomously or collaboratively, employing analytical skills and teamwork to devise effective, practical solutions to complex issues.
- Produce clear, comprehensive documentation and user manuals to facilitate understanding for both clients and internal teams.
Candidate Profile
- Possession of a completed apprenticeship or degree in an IT-related discipline is required.
- Several years of hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps, Provisioning Services, NetScaler/ADC, and FSLogix is expected.
- Proficiency with Active Directory, Group Policies, networking, and virtualization technologies is essential.
- Strong skills in Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Intune mark the candidate as a Microsoft expert.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities, with an ability to resolve problems efficiently, work independently in a structured manner, and collaborate effectively within teams.
- Fluency in German at a native speaker level and good command of English to communicate confidently in both languages.
Additional Requirements
A valid work permit for Germany is mandatory.
