Overview

The System Administrator role is centered in Vadodara, requiring 3 to 5 years of experience, ideally with immediate availability. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline. The position aims to ensure uninterrupted system operations within a dynamic software office environment, focusing on optimal utilization of hardware and software resources and maintaining robust data backup and recovery processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous system uptime, preventing breakdowns in a high-activity software office setting.
• Optimize the use of hardware, software, and telecommunication systems.
• Develop, implement, and monitor reliable backup and recovery strategies to safeguard data integrity.
• Participate in specialized projects as required by the organization.
• Support implementation and upkeep of IT security measures.
• Handle all IT-related tasks including upgrades, hardware replacements, and telecommunication management efficiently.
• Provide primary IT support to end-users, addressing software troubleshooting and basic technical inquiries.
• Assist with the upgrading and replacement of hardware and software components.
