Supply Chain Manager

Role Overview

As a Supply Chain Manager at Taibah Gifts in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of procurement, customs clearance, warehouse operations, and last-mile delivery. This vital position requires leadership in ensuring efficient inventory control, compliance with local regulations, and seamless distribution across retail branches and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full control of warehouse operations, including layout optimization, securing stock, and maintaining flawless ERP inventory accuracy through detailed cycle counts.
• Source and negotiate with both international and local vendors to acquire quality materials and finished products.
• Manage freight forwarding processes and ensure customs clearance adheres to ZATCA and Saber regulatory standards.
• Plan demand effectively, especially around seasonal peaks like Ramadan and Hajj, to avoid stock shortages and balance inventory across sales points.
• Supervise cost-efficient distribution from the central warehouse to Taibah Gifts' physical outlets and e-commerce customers.

Candidate Profile

• Possess at least five years of experience managing supply chains and warehouses, preferably within the Retail or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industries in Saudi Arabia.
• Hold a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrate strong skills in ERP platforms such as Odoo or SAP and related inventory management systems.
• Have thorough knowledge of Saudi import regulations, customs processes, and the local logistics network.
• Communicate professionally in both Arabic and English languages.
