About the Role

Promote Adda India is looking to hire a skilled and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and enhance the complete supply chain framework. This position involves managing supply planning, procurement, supplier coordination, logistics, and improving operational efficiencies to drive company growth. Key Duties

• Design and execute supply chain strategies that support overarching business objectives.
• Handle all aspects of supply chain activities, including sourcing, procurement, inventory control, logistics, and distribution.
• Evaluate and maintain healthy relationships with suppliers, vendors, and strategic partners.
• Conduct negotiations on contracts, pricing, and service terms to enhance cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and plan supply to ensure consistent product availability.
• Assess supply chain performance data and formulate strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with departments such as sales, operations, finance, and production for seamless process execution.
• Supervise logistics functions, including transportation, warehousing, and delivery management.
• Identify potential supply chain risks and prepare contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Implement efficiency-boosting process improvements aimed at cost reduction and service level enhancement.
• Generate reports, forecasts, and analytical reviews on supply chain performance for management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain team members to meet organizational objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in supply chain leadership, procurement, logistics, or operations management roles.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain workflows, supplier relationship management, and inventory optimization principles.
• Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with demand forecasting, planning, and cost control methods.
• Solid project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency in ERP software, Microsoft Excel, and other supply chain technology tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in both written and verbal English.
