Supply Chain Manager

Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Supply Chain Manager to direct the full chain of supply operations, from procurement and inventory oversight to production planning, logistics, and vendor management. The role focuses on keeping materials and finished products moving smoothly, maintaining healthy inventory levels, controlling spend, and meeting customer demand across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of supply chain functions such as sourcing, purchasing, stock control, production scheduling, and logistics coordination.
• Create and maintain inventory approaches that align with production needs and customer requirements.
• Build strong supplier partnerships, negotiate commercial terms, and arrange economical freight and transportation solutions.
• Handle demand forecasting, material planning, and replenishment workflows.
• Track inventory precision through cycle counts and periodic stock audits.
• Work closely with sales, operations, customer service, and finance teams so supply chain plans support wider business goals.
• Review product costs, margins, and demand trends to help improve profitability and expansion.
• Spot opportunities to streamline processes, cut costs, and raise service quality.
• Maintain adherence to company procedures, quality requirements, and relevant regulations.
• Guide, coach, and grow members of the supply chain team.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a closely related discipline is required; an MBA is preferred.
• Between 5 and 10 years of growing experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory control, or operations leadership.
• Solid understanding of supply planning, buying, inventory management, logistics, and ERP/MRP tools.
• Demonstrated success in supplier management, contract negotiation, and delivering cost savings.
• Strong ability in analysis, organization, communication, and problem-solving.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting and with continuous improvement efforts is an advantage.
