Role Overview

In the capacity of Supplier Success Manager for New Zealand, based in Auckland or Christchurch, you will take full ownership of the supplier onboarding experience post-contract signing, ensuring suppliers become active and effective members of the New Zealand Repair Network. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, you will be the key liaison managing supplier integrations, inventory accuracy, and ongoing performance to enhance marketplace reliability and supplier trust across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide newly onboarded suppliers from contract signing through to live and fully integrated statuses, managing all stages of the onboarding process including timelines and deliverables.
  • Sustain high supplier engagement levels and prompt the use of important platform features via regular communication and support.
  • Monitor and analyze supplier performance metrics such as fulfillment reliability, inventory accuracy, response times, and coverage rates; identify and address performance shortfalls collaboratively.
  • Serve as principal daily contact for suppliers, resolving concerns comprehensively by coordinating with internal teams like Solutions Engineering and Product.
  • Represent supplier interests internally to influence product and engineering decisions through structured feedback and insights.
  • Develop personal connections by visiting suppliers across New Zealand to build trust and better understand their business operations.
