Job Summary

The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and supervising manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production processes. The role requires close adherence to operational guidelines and safety standards, with some minor independent decision-making permitted.

Key Duties

• Prepare and run machines based on operational instructions.
• Continuously monitor machine operations and fine-tune settings as necessary.
• Check product quality and communicate any defects found.
• Keep the work environment orderly and adhere to safety protocols.
• Document production metrics and escalate operational problems.
• Comply fully with safety and operational procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training or equivalent experience, with a maximum of two years in a relevant role.
• Possesses fundamental mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Able to reliably follow instructions and maintain safety standards.
• Good hand-eye coordination combined with physical endurance.
• Eagerness to learn and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Experience or familiarity with manufacturing tools and equipment is advantageous.
