Position Overview

Based at the New York City office, working onsite five days a week, the Strategy & Operations Lead will collaborate closely with the founding team. This role offers a rare chance to shape Sailor's growth frameworks spanning operations, clinical delivery, and AI product innovation.

The position demands a hands-on, versatile contributor ready to tackle diverse challenges in a high-growth startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and scale new care services, such as care navigation, independently managing everything from designing workflows to overseeing execution and measuring outcomes.
• Take accountability for, develop, and elevate a critical operational function—examples include provider operations, revenue cycle management, or care navigation—transforming it into a best-in-class system.
• Lead internal AI-driven transformations by implementing tools ranging from custom internal applications infused with sentiment analysis to automation of workflows, significantly improving operational efficiency.

• Exceptional performer with a competitive drive and a history of excelling in demanding, fast-paced roles.

• Proficient with data analysis tools, specifically Excel or Google Sheets, capable of conducting thorough evaluations to support quick, sound decision-making.
