Job Overview
DreamCatcher is looking for an experienced and driven Strategy Consultant to join their energetic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on formulating and executing strategic plans, optimizing organizational processes, and steering business expansion efforts. The successful applicant will have expertise in strategic planning, financial evaluation, and project leadership, with the capacity to advise senior management effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute strategic plans to foster growth and meet corporate objectives.
- Perform thorough market research and competitive assessments to spot potential opportunities and risks.
- Work with senior executives to establish strategic priorities and develop practical implementation plans.
- Scrutinize financial reports and performance indicators to evaluate financial status and suggest improvement areas.
- Produce detailed financial reports, forecasts, and investment presentations targeting potential investors.
- Oversee multidisciplinary projects aimed at strategy deployment and operational enhancement.
- Collaborate with diverse departments to guarantee project milestones are achieved efficiently.
- Track project progress, assess risks, and strategize appropriate mitigation approaches.
- Analyze and refine business workflows to boost productivity and operational efficiency.
- Initiate and apply new systems and procedures supporting organizational development.
- Conduct cost-benefit studies to rank improvement initiatives.
- Manage relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers ensuring smooth communication and cooperation.
- Regularly update leadership on project and strategic initiative statuses.
- Handle contract negotiations and vendor management to secure advantageous terms and quality service.
- Spot chances for cost reduction and process enhancements through vendor engagement.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines; MBA preferred.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, financial analytics, and project management.
- Exceptional analytical thinking with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities to articulate strategy concepts clearly to varied audiences.
- Familiarity with financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical tools.
- Organized and adept at juggling multiple projects with excellent time management.
- Experience in vendor negotiation and management is advantageous.
Preferred Background
- Previous consulting or advisory experience in corporate settings.
- Updated knowledge of sector trends and strategic planning best practices.
