Bombay Kulfi Llp is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day functioning of our ice cream parlour located in Delhi-NCR. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless store operations, maintain high service standards, and drive performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities of the store ensuring smooth workflow.
• Lead, train, and organize the staff schedule effectively for optimal performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and respond professionally to client concerns.
• Manage billing processes, cash handling, and prepare daily sales documentation.
• Conduct inventory checks and coordinate stock replenishment orders.
• Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and adhere to food safety regulations within the store.
• Ensure the store is properly opened and closed according to company policies.
• Work towards meeting sales targets and enhancing store revenue and efficiency.
