Key Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of store operations to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

• Develop, coach, and mentor team members to reach their highest potential and build cohesive teams.
• Act as an inspiring brand ambassador who motivates teams and delivers strong results.
• Engage with and integrate the store within the local community to enhance social impact and customer connections.

Candidate Requirements

• At least three years’ experience in retail or customer service management.
• Proven organizational, interpersonal, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a background in sales-driven environments.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coach and professionally guide team members.
• Completion of High School or GED is mandatory.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada with valid identification documentation.
• Availability to work full-time with flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position spans CAD 61,000 to 80,875, adjusted based on experience, skills, and internal benchmarks.
