Job Overview

As a Delivery Expert, your primary responsibility is to ensure timely and accurate delivery of delicious pizzas to customers. You will be the public face of the brand, requiring a positive attitude, punctuality, and excellent communication skills. The ability to maintain a professional appearance consistent with Domino’s brand standards is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently navigate within assigned areas, including multi-story buildings and private residences, while carrying delivery items.
• Execute repetitive tasks, work independently and collaboratively under pressure, adhere to quality control standards, and make ethical decisions promptly.
• Assist with inventory management, stocking ingredients from delivery to storage areas, and completing related documentation.
• Handle telephone orders promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and timely deliveries.
• Perform accurate arithmetic calculations including making correct monetary change, using tools like calculators if needed.
• Operate computer systems including keyboards, touch screens, and foot pedals as part of order processing and delivery tasks.

Physical Demands

• Be prepared to remain standing for most of your shift on multiple floor surfaces such as ceramic tile and linoleum.
• Participate in unloading bulk deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds, requiring lifting and stacking.
• Occasionally perform activities like crouching, squatting, stooping, bending, and climbing stairs during job tasks.
• Use hand-eye coordination for tasks including shaping pizza dough, handling pizza peels and cutters, and folding pizza boxes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Minimum of one year driving experience.
• Access to a properly insured vehicle for delivery purposes.
• Successful completion of a Criminal Background Check.
• Passing a Motor Vehicle Record Check that meets company-specific standards.
