Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-focused and analytical State Pallet Controller to manage pallet operations comprehensively. This role is critical within the National Pallet Control Team, responsible for upholding accurate pallet transactions, ensuring compliance with national standards, conducting audits, and supporting teams with training to maintain smooth and efficient pallet processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain precise pallet transaction records and resolve any inconsistencies promptly.
• Ensure adherence to national pallet management policies.
• Perform regular audits, stocktakes, and review processes to verify data accuracy.
• Provide training and ongoing support related to pallet control procedures.
• Utilize data analysis to detect trends, identify risks, and highlight improvement opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with operational teams and trading partners to optimize efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Exceptional organizational and problem resolution capabilities.
• Experience and skills in using pallet control systems and relevant reporting tools.
• Strong analytical thinking with a keen eye for precise details.
• Proficient communication skills and adept at managing stakeholder relationships.
• Background in supply chain, logistics, or equipment control, with pallet management experience considered advantageous.
