Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking seasoned Specialized Experts / Project Experts at the Senior Manager level for a significant project based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This contract role demands extensive expertise and experience in the construction and engineering sectors.
Key Responsibilities and Expertise
- Plan and execute construction projects effectively.
- Conduct and oversee value engineering studies.
- Manage projects with strong emphasis on project planning and control.
- Develop policies related to construction services.
- Handle large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
Eligibility and Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of pertinent professional experience.
- Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or a similar discipline.
- Certified in Value Engineering and Professional Project Management or equivalent credentials.
