Job Overview
The role of Sourcer is based at the Begumpet office in Hyderabad. This full-time onsite position operates during 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST, with Saturdays and Sundays off. The salary is negotiable up to 2.66 lakhs per annum, along with performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract high-caliber candidates from multiple job portals for industries including Engineering, Banking, Finance, Automotive, Aerospace, Construction, and Healthcare.
- Conduct detailed resume evaluations to assess candidate qualifications.
- Perform extensive candidate research utilizing professional networks, databases, and social media channels.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates and build robust talent pipelines.
Eligibility and Requirements
