Their ambition is to deliver unique cross-media experiences spanning music, games, films, and comics while building a sustainable creative business.

Role Overview

Soul Atlas is seeking legal counsel experienced in Irish law to collaborate on refining their Master Service Agreement (MSA). The total engagement ranges between 2 to 15 hours based on availability. This role requires expertise in employment law, company formation and structuring, intellectual property law, and tax & securities law, particularly focusing on structures involving profit-sharing and royalty compensation schemes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with in-house legal counsel to finalize the MSA, which has undergone preliminary reviews by legal professionals from multiple jurisdictions and AI-assisted analysis.
• Review agreement clauses to detect any unenforceable, illegal, contradictory terms or potential legal risks under Irish law, marking annotations accordingly.
• Where possible, assist in redrafting problematic sections to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified legal professional practicing in Ireland with relevant knowledge in Irish tax, corporate, employment, and intellectual property law.
• Familiarity with company structures, especially Limited companies employing profit share and royalty-based compensation.
• Availability to contribute between 2 and 15 hours on a flexible basis.

Compensation Details

This role is currently unpaid salary-wise; instead, contributors receive profit participation rights as outlined in the MSA. Soul Atlas offers transparency regarding their profit-sharing plans, providing detailed information upon interview invitations to support informed decisions. The engagement is framed as an investment contract, compensating time with future profit participation shares.

Additional Information
