Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and team members from product and data domains to continuously understand customer and business challenges that inform desired business outcomes.
• Under mentorship, design, develop, and deploy software solutions addressing end-to-end problems within your domain, delivering value incrementally while adhering to engineering standards.
• Develop awareness of your services' scalability and complexity considerations.
• Contribute to refining team processes to evolve into a self-driven, continually enhancing unit.
• Engage with mentors to grow into a proficient product engineer focused on solving comprehensive business problems.

Candidate Qualifications

• Ability to empathize and build effective relationships with fellow engineers.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• A humble, inquisitive, and open mindset, receptive to ongoing feedback and continuous growth.
• Solid foundation in software engineering principles with practical development experience, ideally using .NET, Golang, or C#.
• Familiarity with automated end-to-end testing methodologies emphasizing software quality.
• Basic understanding of distributed system architectures including microservices, event-driven systems, and RESTful services.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational database systems alongside cloud service platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Preferred educational background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
