Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Social Media Executive to join our growing team. This role involves collaborating with various departments to design and implement effective digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms. You will oversee and enhance the social media presence of several brands operating in the UK, Amsterdam, USA, and Dubai under the same corporate group.

Your mission will include boosting brand visibility, attracting customers, and assessing campaign outcomes to refine and maximize marketing impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, script, and produce viral, trend-focused TikTok and short-form social media content.
• Engage audiences by hosting live sessions on social media, representing the brand authentically, answering questions in real time, and maintaining a strong on-camera presence.
• Handle filming and editing of your content using both mobile and desktop software to deliver dynamic, high-quality videos with compelling audio-visual elements.
• Source, recruit, and manage collaborations with influencers and brand ambassadors in targeted European markets.
• Track daily social media metrics such as views, engagement rates, conversions, and live stream retention to continuously improve content effectiveness.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least three years’ experience in social media management, content creation, or digital media with significant expertise in TikTok.
• Proven confidence and skill in live on-camera performance and clear communication.
• Advanced proficiency with editing tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects suited to trending social media algorithms.
• Fluency in English, Spanish, Italian, or French is required, with preference for candidates from these language regions.
• Ready to start immediately.
