Overview

We are seeking an experienced Skilled Foreman with over 7 years of expertise in building construction to oversee and direct construction activities on site. This role demands a thorough understanding of construction drawings, blueprints, and project requirements alongside the ability to lead teams efficiently while enforcing safety standards and ensuring timely progress.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical specifications accurately.
Oversee daily construction operations and closely monitor site progress against schedules.
Organize work schedules and track attendance of all workforce members.
Assign duties to workers and subcontractors according to project priorities and deadlines.
Ensure correct and safe utilization of machinery, tools, and safety gear on site.
Uphold all workplace safety protocols and strive to maintain on-time completion of tasks.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Comprehensive knowledge of building construction methods, procedures, and equipment operation.
Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry.
Proficiency in English for effective communication, including speaking and listening.
Age requirement: between 30 and 50 years.
