Site Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading Tier 1 developer for a substantial residential project consisting of over 200 apartments in Dublin, Ireland. This role is ideal for candidates with a solid background in managing large-scale residential developments in either Ireland or the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all project activities ensuring strict adherence to planning regulations and health & safety standards.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from tender stage through to completion and handover.
• Work closely with Quantity Surveyors and project teams to track and control budget expenditures.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scheduling, program management, and risk assessments.
• Communicate essential updates and information to site teams and relevant stakeholders.
• Lead and supervise the site team to ensure timely delivery and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 4 years of Site Management experience with contractors or developers.
• Hands-on experience managing large-scale apartment projects.
• Demonstrated success in overseeing significant housing developments.
• Exceptional attention to detail and proficient communication skills in English.
• Strong leadership abilities and team management expertise.
• Legal eligibility to work in Ireland is mandatory.

Salary and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from €80,000 to €90,000 plus depending on experience.
