Site Engineer / Junior Project Manager (Fit-Out)

Overview

Turnkey Renovations is actively seeking a motivated and meticulous Site Engineer / Junior Project Manager to join their expanding Dubai Silicon Oasis office. This full-time, onsite position is ideal for candidates with practical site experience in fit-out projects who aspire to progress into roles with greater project coordination and client interaction responsibilities.

Key Duties

• Oversee daily on-site operations ensuring all activities align with technical drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate among subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, and clients to guarantee projects proceed on schedule as per agreed timelines.
• Regularly monitor project timelines to ensure all deadlines are successfully met.
• Critically review and assess technical drawings, identifying discrepancies or possible complications, and communicate findings with the project team.
• Provide precise site measurements and thoroughly report all site-related conditions to the project team.
• Carry out quality inspections with a focus on finishing works.
• Manage and track deliveries of materials and oversee site logistics.
• Assist with project scheduling and generate progress reports.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations.
• Support the preparation and ongoing updates of work schedules, material demands, and resource allocation.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure prompt resolution of any snags or defects.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably accompanied by a G+1 certification.
• At least three years of experience as a Site Engineer within Dubai's construction or renovation sector.
• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, finishing methodologies, and Dubai building codes.
• Solid understanding of finishing works and proven ability to interpret construction drawings accurately.
• Strong organizational capabilities paired with effective communication skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License and access to a personal vehicle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
