Role Overview
Skills Group is seeking a qualified Site Coordinator Lead to manage daily operations across two campuses in Dunedin. This full-time, permanent position is tailored for individuals who thrive in handling busy environments, providing support, and ensuring smooth behind-the-scenes functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer leadership, coaching, and assistance to the Site Coordinator at both Dunedin sites on a daily basis.
- Manage campus operations such as scheduling, room assignments, resource management, and overall logistical coordination.
- Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere catering to learners, instructors, visitors, and employers.
- Lead continuous enhancements by improving operational procedures and workflow systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and operational policies.
- Work collaboratively with campus and national teams to maintain uniform quality in operational delivery.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience managing site or campus operations in customer-focused settings.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and support team members effectively.
- Strong organizational capabilities, particularly in schedule and logistics coordination.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to foster strong stakeholder relationships.
- A customer-centric approach motivated by delivering superior service.
- Proficient digital skills including Microsoft Office and familiarity with business systems like CRM or LMS platforms.
