Site Agent

Job Overview

We are seeking a Site Agent to join a prominent civil engineering contractor focused on utilities and water projects in the Netheravon area. The ideal candidate will have a solid civil engineering background and practical experience in water infrastructure, road construction, groundworks, reinforced concrete, earthworks, deep drainage, external works, and heavy civil engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising engineers, foremen, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensuring the project is completed within the agreed timeline and budget constraints.
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and onsite team members.
• Strictly enforcing health and safety protocols on the construction site to guarantee safe work practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• A construction-related degree such as HNC or HND in civil engineering or a related discipline is preferable.
• Certifications in SMSTS, CSCS card, and First Aid are required to qualify for this role.
