Role Overview

We are looking for a vibrant Shop Staff member to handle the sales counter at our bakery. This role involves engaging with customers, managing sales transactions, and maintaining overall cleanliness and orderliness in the shop environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sales of cakes, pastries, and various bakery products directly to customers.
• Provide product information and recommendations tailored to customer preferences.
• Manage orders and process payments, including both cash and card transactions efficiently.
• Maintain a neat and organized counter and shop area for a pleasant shopping experience.
• Properly pack bakery items for customers to ensure safe transport.
• Respond to customer inquiries and accommodate special requests with a helpful attitude.

Candidate Requirements

• Residency in close proximity to the shop location is preferred to facilitate punctual attendance.
• Good communication abilities paired with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Capability to multitask and work efficiently under busy conditions.
• A genuine interest in customer interaction and providing assistance.
• Basic arithmetic skills sufficient for accurate money handling during transactions.
