Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum education: Some high school completed
• Preferably some prior experience in operations
• Food handler certification or similar local/municipal food safety credentials (at applicant's expense)

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

Candidates must be able to stand for long periods (up to 4 hours), lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment involving heat, steam, and noise. Proficiency in verbal communication, ability to adapt to changing priorities, and skill in handling conflicts are essential.
