About the Role
This position is focused on delivering consistently excellent service to Avant members and clients. As a Service Consultant, you will serve as a primary frontline staff member, well-versed in processes, procedures, and organizational policies. The role involves managing member interactions through multiple channels including incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and letters.
In this capacity, you will develop a broad understanding of the organization's products, policies, and guidelines, creating a strong foundation to build a long-term career at Avant.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding client service that routinely exceeds expectations.
- Maintain high-quality standards across all facets of service delivery.
- Support accurate and confidential management of member records.
- Recognize and recommend opportunities for process and service enhancements.
- Actively contribute to the achievement of department objectives.
- Follow Occupational Health & Safety policies to foster a safe workplace environment.
Candidate Profile
- Proven background in roles focused on customer service excellence.
- Keen attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality outcomes.
- Capability to manage confidential information and maintain precise records.
- Strong analytical mindset to identify and drive improvements in procedures.
- Excellent communication and interaction skills.
- Familiarity with Occupational Health & Safety frameworks is an advantage.
- Must hold permanent residency or citizenship in Australia to meet work authorization requirements.
- Availability to commit to a standard full-time schedule of 38 hours per week.
