Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a Service Advisor specializing in Electric Vehicle (EV) workshops to join locations in Mohan Estate (New Delhi), Gurugram, and Ghazipur. This role is ideal for professionals with 3 to 6 years of experience in automobile or EV servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers by understanding their vehicle service needs thoroughly.
• Create job cards and coordinate workflow with workshop technicians.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle repairs consistently.
• Ensure the timely delivery of serviced vehicles to customers.
• Address customer queries and resolve complaints with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or graduate degree in automobile engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong communication and customer service capabilities.
• Foundational knowledge of electric vehicle or general automobile service operations.
