Role Overview
This position focuses on evolving Auror into the premier platform aggregating diverse retail crime prevention data. You will lead the growth, strategic planning, and execution of product integrations, connecting Auror with other crime prevention systems including our Retail Crime Intelligence Hub. Collaborating deeply with design, engineering, and cross-functional teams is fundamental, ensuring solutions are customer-centric and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers, integration partners, and stakeholders to thoroughly comprehend challenges, technical parameters and represent customer perspectives throughout the product lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain the product vision and roadmap aligned with customer needs and organizational objectives.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products by collaborating closely with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams, balancing technical feasibility with business value and customer outcomes. Lead go-to-market efforts to drive adoption.
- Stay informed on industry trends and new technologies to foster innovative solutions that maintain competitive advantage.
- Provide strategic leadership to secure product-market fit, scalability, and return on investment, continuously monitoring the competitive environment.
- Identify and thoughtfully integrate AI opportunities into the platform, promoting ethical AI practices through cross-team collaboration.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators, communicating progress and insights to stakeholders and the broader company.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in delivering B2B SaaS products to market.
- Strong customer-centric approach to product roadmap development and design.
- Ability to manage high-level strategies and contribute hands-on to implementation.
- Data-driven mindset for continuous product improvement and strategy formulation.
- Strategic thinker with proven influence on product direction.
- Commercially savvy, with experience managing product financials effectively.
- Proven capability to deliver quality products rapidly and reliably.
- Technical expertise relevant to integrations, with familiarity in working with APIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with empathy and social intelligence to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, proactive, and focused on driving momentum.
