Role Overview
The Senior Supply Planning Executive will oversee end-to-end supply planning, inventory optimization, and replenishment activities to ensure optimum product availability in the Singapore Fragrance & Beauty market. This role supports business growth, service level goals, and inventory management objectives by crafting supply plans that align with demand predictions and commercial priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Purchase Order validation using the M2M Global tool, balancing point-of-sale inventory, visual merchandising needs, product lifecycle stages, and supply constraints.
- Create and sustain supply plans in line with demand forecasts, commercial goals, inventory thresholds, and corporate social responsibility targets.
- Collaborate with global and regional supply chain teams to secure inventory allocations and prioritize critical supply demands.
- Assess supply and inventory projections to mitigate risks such as stock-outs, excess stock, aging inventory, and service disruptions.
- Work closely with Demand Planners to synchronize replenishment with forecast changes and business priorities.
- Monitor inbound supply shipments, escalate risks, and implement recovery measures to maintain product availability.
- Oversee campaign readiness by communicating risks at least a month ahead of launch, partnering with Marketing and Retail departments.
- Lead omnichannel supply planning across Chanel standalone boutiques, ecommerce, department stores, and travel retail, managing supply allocation and quota by channel and point of sale.
- Coordinate with regional teams and local distribution centers to secure supplies, resolve shipment issues, and reduce launch risks.
- Communicate supply allocation status and risks transparently to leadership and teams through the Sales & Operations Planning process.
- Drive inventory optimization to meet service level targets while managing working capital efficiently.
- Track inventory metrics such as aging, excess, slow-moving, and obsolete stock, implementing mitigation strategies with Finance and other stakeholders.
- Manage replenishment planning and inventory optimization across channels to maximize product availability and service levels.
- Oversee point-of-sale inventory performance, conducting stock rebalancing, returns, and redistribution to address supply gaps.
- Administer order processing in the ERP system, adhering to replenishment schedules and distribution center deadlines.
- Adjust replenishment parameters based on inventory status, sales, and demand trends to sustain optimal inventory levels.
- Collaborate with Retail teams to ensure successful replenishment, product availability, and achievement of sales objectives.
- Support marketing campaigns by planning inventory for launches and promotions to ensure product readiness.
- Monitor and report key KPIs such as service level, POS availability, inventory coverage, CSR compliance, and inventory write-offs.
- Investigate root causes of supply, inventory, and service challenges and lead corrective and preventive measures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply planning processes, replenishment efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Maintain accurate planning assumptions, processes, and documentation to support robust decision-making.
- Manage additional tasks, including facilitating approvals for office requests and SPM orders, assisting with local product registrations before launches, handling product quality inquiries, coordinating product recalls, submitting anti-diversion documentation, managing retail and legal inspections, and preparing staff sales and allowance listings.
- Oversee product activation activities such as product code creation and mapping for eyewear and small leather goods.
- Handle procurement requests (Coupa) on behalf of the product team.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of five years’ experience in supply planning, inventory management, or closely related fields.

- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and foster cross-functional partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Agile, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with ERP and supply planning systems is a plus.
