Job Overview
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing the complete hiring process to support organizational growth. This role is integral to sourcing, evaluating, and building pipelines of qualified candidates across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for approximately 8 to 12 roles annually, including paid media, video editing, account management, sales, and operations positions.
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, Indeed, and niche agency networks to source candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls and candidate evaluations.
- Organize interview schedules, conduct reference checks, and manage the job offer process.
- Develop and maintain a talent bench of pre-screened candidates for proactive hiring needs.
- Monitor and report key recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, sourcing channel return on investment, offer acceptance rates, and retention after 90 days.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting, ideally within a marketing agency, SaaS company, or remote-first business.
- Proven ability to fill positions within a 30-day timeframe.
- Excellent written communication skills tailored for an asynchronous work environment.
- Capable of balancing large-scale candidate sourcing with detailed screening processes.
- Residency in the United States with availability during core hours of 9am to 5pm Central Time.
