Position Overview

We seek a Senior Project Manager possessing a background in Business Analysis or Product Management to spearhead strategic projects from initial analysis through to implementation and automation. The role blends robust project leadership with analytical capabilities to foster significant improvements within teams and the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage several projects concurrently spanning various departments, ensuring timely delivery within defined scope and budgets.
• Take full ownership of project delivery phases including planning, solution development, budgeting, resource management, and risk mitigation.
• Evaluate workflows and business practices to detect operational inefficiencies, translating findings into actionable requirements.
• Promote process enhancements through process mapping, data evaluation, and gap analysis techniques.
• Lead change initiatives, securing smooth organizational transitions and stakeholder endorsement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for integrating systems, processes, and technological solutions.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment through effective requirement gathering, status communications, and expectation management.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in project management roles.
• Professional background in Business Analysis or Product Management.
• Demonstrated success in refining business processes and embedding those improvements into products or operational functions.
• Competence in overseeing multidisciplinary teams involving both business and technical members.
• English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level.
• Desirable: practical experience applying AI solutions within products or operations that deliver measurable benefits.
• Desirable: familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, or Bolt.
