Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership and drive tangible outcomes for multi-million dollar business units.
• Craft, implement, and continuously refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap by breaking it into deliverable projects aligned with company goals.
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to define product features and requirements.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop product plans and timelines based on customer insights and aggregated feedback.
• Work closely with sales, customer service, and engineering teams to deliver impactful features that address real user problems.
• Oversee smooth and timely product feature launches, maintaining schedule adherence.
• Prioritize initiatives, manage execution pace, and balance engineering expenses against business impact.
• Propose methods to monitor product usage and its effects on end users.
• Innovate by suggesting new ways to grow the product offering and broaden its vision.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management, particularly within B2B SaaS, real estate, or hospitality technology sectors.
• Outstanding communication skills, especially in writing, capable of clearly conveying customer perspectives.
• Strong empathy toward both users and colleagues.
• Proven history managing end-to-end product development from concept to launch.
• Relentless focus on shipping products with the ability to make strategic trade-offs among competing priorities.
• Competency in project management, organizing tasks, dependencies, and priorities using relevant tools.
• Highly self-driven, entrepreneurial, and confidently accountable for product success.
• Comfortable making independent decisions amid uncertainty without needing extensive support.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive total compensation package ranging approximately between USD 170,000 and USD 207,547 annually, adjusted according to local cost of living.
• Contract or full-time employee options available internationally with specific payroll considerations for U.S., E.U., and Australia-based hires.
