Senior Payroll Specialist

Job Overview

This role involves leading and independently managing projects to implement payroll solutions for mid-sized companies. The candidate will act as the primary contact for customers regarding technical questions about payroll and the associated software. Supporting and guiding monthly payroll processes, conducting user training sessions, and participating in internal initiatives to enhance and update existing systems and procedures are also key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement payroll system projects autonomously for medium-sized business clients.
• Serve as the customer liaison for expert inquiries concerning payroll and payroll software applications.
• Assist in the planning and execution of monthly payroll runs.
• Organize and deliver training sessions for end users.
• Contribute to internal projects aimed at system and process improvements and updates.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training in a business-related field.
• Strong expertise in payroll administration, along with proficiency in labor, tax, and social security law.
• Preferably at least two years of hands-on experience in payroll processing.
• Familiarity with payroll systems such as P&I LOGA, SAP HCM, SP Data, or equivalent platforms.
• Highly customer-focused with excellent communication skills and an open personality.
• Enjoy collaborative teamwork and developing practical solutions.
