ಕೆಲಸದ ವಿವರ

Manage the entire cell manufacturing process, ensuring that production output, quality standards, cost controls, technical parameters, safety protocols, and workforce utilization meet established objectives.
Implement and promote continuous operational enhancements by applying Lean methodologies to lower expenses, boost production efficiency, and elevate product quality.
Coordinate and supervise daily manufacturing activities to maximize operational performance and surpass customer expectations.
Generate daily consumption reports and accurately forecast material needs aligned with production goals.
Maintain consistent achievement of production volume, quality benchmarks, and yield rates.

The ideal candidate holds a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any engineering specialization.
