Role Overview

As a Senior Logistics Coordinator, you will manage the daily logistics of Farmer's Fridge installations, relocations, removals, and redeployments nationwide. Collaborating closely with Sales, Account Management, Operations teams, supply chain, warehouse operations, and third-party logistics providers, you will ensure timely fridge installations, efficient asset movement, and swift resolution of any operational hurdles. Your responsibilities will include managing the installation and removal queue, maintaining accurate data in Salesforce, and contributing to the development of scalable operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of fridge installations, first stocking, moves, decommissions, clearouts, removals, and redeployments across various markets.
• Coordinate all logistics phases—first-mile, middle-mile, and final-mile—with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners.
• Collaborate with client contacts and internal teams to manage day-of installation and removal operations.
• Monitor and manage vendor capacity and scheduling to ensure projects stay on track.
• Assist in planning cross-market fridge transfers to support inventory needs and installation demands.
• Track fridge inventory levels by market and proactively anticipate shortages that could disrupt installations.
• Coordinate transportation of different fridge versions, communicating necessary information to vendors.
• Escalate any inventory or financial trade-offs needing leadership intervention.
• Keep Salesforce data accurate including statuses, dates, and operational notes throughout the fridge lifecycle.
• Manage automated alerts, address process gaps, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve potential execution blockers such as site readiness, access limitations, vendor delays, or missing details.
• Track progress on installations and removals to enhance operational transparency.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Sales Operations, Account Management, Fridge Operations, Warehouse Operations, and logistics providers daily.
• Communicate proactively to resolve conflicts, answer queries, and maintain project momentum.
• Document workflows, operating procedures, and vendor interactions to reduce reliance on institutional knowledge.
• Identify recurring operational challenges and suggest improvements to enhance installation and removal efficiency.
• Support the ongoing development and governance of installation and removal processes.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, warehouse management, project coordination, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experienced in coordinating activities across multiple vendors, sites, or cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with Salesforce or other CRM tools, as well as Google Workspace and Slack.
• Highly organized and detail-conscious, capable of managing multiple priorities and timelines simultaneously.
• Proactive problem-solver who thrives on structuring complex operational tasks and clarifying ambiguous situations.
• Excellent communicator skilled at building relationships and coordinating between teams, external partners, and clients.
• Able to balance speed, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business priorities in decision-making.
• Knowledge or experience in creating standard operating procedures and improving workflow processes is advantageous.
• Eager to actively contribute to scaling logistics operations while remaining involved in day-to-day activities.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000 per year, determined by various factors such as experience, education, and skills. This role is also eligible for performance-based bonuses and equity participation.
