Role Overview
The Senior HR Manager will spearhead human resource operations across divisions including Real Estate, Construction, and Hospitality. This leadership position entails crafting and executing HR strategies that support organizational goals, overseeing talent acquisition and development, ensuring legal compliance, and cultivating an engaged, high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and align HR strategies with business objectives and expansion plans.
- Collaborate with business leaders to analyze workforce needs and deliver tailored HR solutions.
- Guide organizational development and manage change initiatives effectively.
- Lead recruitment activities for corporate, field project, and hospitality roles; develop staffing strategies and budgets.
- Design and administer performance management systems, including appraisals, KPIs, and succession plans.
- Identify training needs and conduct leadership, technical, behavioral, and compliance programs; evaluate training impact.
- Develop and implement employee engagement activities; conduct satisfaction surveys and recommend improvements.
- Manage compensation frameworks, salary benchmarking, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
- Handle employee and industrial relations, including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, payroll, and record-keeping; oversee audits and safety regulations adherence.
- Monitor HR metrics such as attrition, recruitment efficiency, productivity, and engagement to inform decision-making.
- Lead and cultivate the HR team across geographies to uphold performance standards and continuous process enhancements.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- MBA or PGDM specializing in Human Resources or related fields.
- 10 to 15+ years of advancing HR experience, preferably within Real Estate, Construction, Hospitality, or Infrastructure sectors.
- Comprehensive understanding of labor laws, compliance, organizational development, and talent management.
- Proven capability managing multi-site and diverse personnel environments.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
