Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer based in Germany to lead visual identity initiatives for a pioneering technology brand within the Web3 space. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing leadership to enhance and innovate the brand's visual identity, balancing adherence to established guidelines with creative exploration.
• Produce high-quality digital design assets for websites, social media channels, marketing campaigns, events, and community projects targeting Web3 users.
• Tailor content for crypto-centric platforms such as Twitter, Discord, and Telegram, mindful of the unique dynamics and preferences of these communities.
• Develop visuals inspired by current digital culture, trends, and memes while ensuring brand consistency and professionalism.
• Stay informed of emerging Web3 and design trends to adapt creative approaches rapidly and maintain relevance.
• Establish streamlined creative processes, oversee design projects, and coordinate efforts among internal teams, freelancers, and external agencies.
• Maintain organized design assets, reusable templates, and scalable systems to support international expansion.
• Lead the visual design for conferences, industry gatherings, and community-centered initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and community teams to ensure uniformity of design language across all brand touchpoints.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of five years of leadership experience in graphic design, showcasing a portfolio centered on digital-first work.
• Ideal candidates will have experience within Web3, blockchain, crypto, or innovative technology sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of crypto-native culture, meme trends, and platforms such as Crypto Twitter.
• Proficiency in key design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, or equivalent tools.
• Ability to quickly generate premium design outputs, adapting efficiently to shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Experience in creating scalable design systems, comprehensive asset libraries, and templates.
• Demonstrated skill in managing creative workflows and collaborating effectively with diverse teams and agencies.
