Role Overview

This position functions as the operational cornerstone of the Global Clinical Operations (GCO) team, providing deep insights into daily operations to ensure smooth execution. Responsibilities include coordinating projects, engaging the correct stakeholders, and partnering closely with clinical leadership to maintain seamless program progress. Success is measured through dependable task completion, accurate reporting, and effective collaboration across diverse teams such as product, commercial, go-to-market, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main operations liaison within GCO sub-teams, ensuring uniform processes, timelines, and workflows.
• Oversee GCO aspects of new initiatives end-to-end by identifying involved parties, monitoring deliverables, and facilitating progress across teams globally.
• Monitor expenditures against program budgets and report discrepancies to leadership promptly.
• Identify and resolve operational silos by maintaining consistent communication and alignment touchpoints among GCO sub-teams.
• Develop and sustain dashboards and reporting tools that provide leadership with current program insights, trends, and unresolved decisions.
• Compile monthly operational summaries by synthesizing data from various platforms such as Jira, Zendesk, Airtable, Salesforce, and BI tools into clear action points.
• Link operational performance metrics to clinical and business outcomes, offering leadership transparency into the impact of day-to-day activities.
• Bridge communication between GCO and commercial, go-to-market, and customer success teams to include relevant experts in client inquiries and retention discussions.
• Incorporate feedback from client-facing teams into GCO program strategy and prioritization.
• Explore and implement AI tools, automation, and workflow enhancements to improve team efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Assist team members in onboarding new tools and adopting best practices.

Success Indicators (First 12–18 Months)

• Creation and company-wide adoption of dashboards and reporting systems utilized by GCO leadership.
• Operational improvements including streamlined meetings and optimized recurring processes, leading to enhanced efficiency.
• Established strong working relationships with GCO leadership and cross-functional collaborators.
• Concurrent management of multiple projects with consistent milestone achievements and status communications.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or a related discipline; or equivalent experience in clinical/healthcare operations.
• Hands-on expertise in scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating clinical operations across functions.
• Strong program management capabilities evidenced by a certification or at least two years of project management experience involving SOPs, governance documents, and performance reporting.
• Proficiency with modern productivity and analytics platforms, including Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Salesforce, Airtable, and BI dashboards, with an aptitude for rapid learning of new and AI-driven tools.
• Ability to effectively juggle multiple fast-paced projects without losing attention to detail.
• Excellent documentation skills to produce and manage organized, reusable records.
• Highly organized with the capacity to accurately maintain large and complex datasets.
• Experience setting up audit processes that ensure data precision and current documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with reproductive or hormonal health areas such as fertility, pregnancy, menopause, low testosterone, or gender-affirming care and associated benefits.
• Demonstrated aptitude for data-driven decision making, including KPI definition, dashboard construction, and conducting operational reviews.
• Comfort functioning within fast-growth and ambiguous environments, favoring scalable systems and automation.

Compensation

The role offers a comprehensive total rewards package inclusive of health and wellness benefits, retirement plans, incentives, parental leave, and family-forming support. The salary range starts from $128,000 to $150,000 annually, with final offer based on skills and experience.
