Senior Analyst - Technical Support (Aviation Industry)

About the Role

Join Genpact in Singapore as a Senior Analyst specializing in technical support within the aviation sector. This role involves leading the end-to-end deployment of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for a manufacturing client, focusing on a seamless transition and operational support. You will collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements, configure the MES, and assist with implementation, testing, and training, while ensuring high data quality and continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand the current Solumina system landscape.
• Lead and contribute to the comprehensive implementation of MES across manufacturing setups.
• Engage with various teams to collect requirements, configure solutions, and facilitate effective deployment.
• Support activities including testing phases, user training, and post-implementation assistance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while providing ongoing user support.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes and improvements.
• Partner with engineering and mechanic teams to verify process sequencing and quality.
• Preserve data integrity through transitions and develop quality check processes to ensure approval protocols are followed.
• Validate data quality and router sanity after migration and collaborate closely with shift personnel during Solumina implementation.
• Participate in governance meetings and project reviews for planning and progress tracking.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline.
• Experience in solution deployment, ideally with MES or ERP platforms.
• Strong analytical abilities coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred experience or background in aerospace or manufacturing industries.
• Adept at both independent work and collaborating within teams.
• Familiarity with MES platforms is advantageous.
