Senior Accountant

About the Role

TIB Retail Pvt. Ltd. seeks a seasoned Senior Accountant to oversee comprehensive accounting functions and ensure GST compliance. The candidate will manage financial reporting, statutory compliances, and collaborate with various stakeholders in the retail, interior fit-out, or construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute complete accounting and financial reporting tasks.
• Supervise GST compliance including return submissions, reconciliations, and audits.
• Compile and assess financial statements, ledgers, and Management Information System reports.
• Manage TDS processes, statutory regulatory compliances, and conduct bank reconciliations.
• Liaise with auditors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
• Maintain precise bookkeeping while ensuring punctual month-end and year-end closures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess 5 to 11 years of experience in a Senior Accountant role.
• Demonstrate in-depth understanding of GST regulations is essential.
• Solid knowledge of TDS, taxation laws, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Tally, Microsoft Excel, and other accounting software tools.
• Strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
• Preference for candidates with prior experience in retail, interior fit-out, construction, or related industries.
