SEND Data Analyst

Overview

The London Borough of Lambeth seeks to appoint a SEND Data Analyst to join its Transformation, Improvement and Performance Team. The role is full-time and permanent, offering a salary starting at 54,360 per annum, with incremental rises up to 57,495 inclusive of the London Weighting.

Team Environment

The role is part of the Transformation, Improvement and Performance Team which supports improvements within Children, Families, and Education sectors. Analysts within this team utilize SQL to extract data from multiple sources and employ data visualization tools to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders without technical backgrounds. The team fosters a community of excellence in data analysis and review.

Role Responsibilities

This position focuses on assisting the SEND team in analyzing data related to children with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP) and those receiving additional support for their Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The current data exists in various formats and systems, and the analyst will consolidate these data sources to provide a comprehensive understanding of the support provided to this vulnerable group.
